Extended Warranty

In our continuing effort to bring you the most comprehensive service in the industry, we would like to offer to you our Extended Warranty Service. Depending on your current Warranty status, we may have an extended Warranty plan for you. Simply match your warranty status to the plan below. Parts and Labor are covered your only responsibility is a $75 deductible and any applicable Trip/Travel charges, depending on your location.  See example below to see how you save with the plan. Upon enrollment a full list of terms and conditions will be sent to spa owner. Below is a summary of the most important aspects of the conditions. Example without extended coverage for a Jacuzzi LCD Circuit board replacement in Nassau County:

Part = $605, Labor = $129 per hour, Trip/Travel fee =$60. Total cost for repair = $794

 

Price with Extended Warranty coverage:

Part = $0, Labor = $0, Deductible =$75, Trip/Travel fee = $60. Total cost for repair = $135.                    You save $659!!! On just one repair !!

Conditions:

1. In Warranty refers to a Spa that has more than 1 year remaining; Expired Warranty plans are for spa’s whose warranty will expire within a year or has already expired.

2. Spa MUST be inspected prior to start of extended warranty if already Out of Warranty

3. After Inspection, Signature Spa service will determine extended warranty availability

4. Spa must be in complete working order prior to start of extended warranty

5. Extended Warranty bonded and insured through Greentree Warranty

6. Extended warranty is transferable for a fee of $99 as long as we receive fee prior to transfer

7. There is no credit for early termination

8. Extended warranty covers same items covered by original MFG warranty for components

9. Access to affected area is the responsibility of the spa owner

10. Current travel/trip fees posted on website
