As an owner of a brand new spa, we know there are sure to be many questions in the setup and preparation for your new spa. That is where the Spa Service Department comes in!! By now your salesperson should have given you an introduction folder describing Signature Spa Service as well as give you some beneficial information as to how to prepare for your spa’s arrival. Make sure to especially go through the parts of the folder pertaining to electrical recommendations and pre delivery planning guide, these 2 parts can be very helpful and help to prevent the possibility of problems which may cause a delay in using your spa. If you have any questions regarding these issues please call or email the Spa Service Department as soon as possible.
Once your spa has been delivered and electrically connected, call or email the Spa Service Department to make an appointment for your Signature Spa Service home demonstration. When we arrive we will present you with a thank you gift and answer any initial questions you might have. Next, we will go over your spa’s water chemistry. We will extensively cover all aspects of sanitation and purification. Then, we will go over your spa’s individual controls and operation addressing any technical questions you might have.
Your only responsibility is to call or email us when your spa has been connected to electricity and filled with water. At the time of our appointment please be sure to have your introduction folder (that your salesperson gave you at the time of purchase) and have lots of questions, we are there for you as long as you need us!!!! Also, be sure to ask us about any accessories and additional services we may be able to provide for you.

Signature Spa Service does not include cover lifter installs, building of steps, or spa surround installs. These accessories can be installed/constructed for an additional fee. Please contact the Spa Service Department for a schedule of these fees and with any other questions you may have in relation to Signature Spa Service.
