The following area is designed to assist you with possibile issues with your spa's stereo functions. Please be aware that ALL Manufacturers warranty their stereos for ONLY 1 YEAR. This information can be verified by reviewing your spas warranty.
Speakers
If speakers are "locked" down or constantly are in the up position (will not stay down) they will require a service call to repair them
If "crackling" while playing a CD, replacement is required
Stereo Operation
If a CD gets stuck in the stereo or if the stereo acts erratically, resetting of the stereo might be all that is needed. To do so, Simply open your stereo door and open the faceplate of the stereo as if you were going to put in a CD.
Once exposed, you will notice very tiny hole in the bottom right side of the stereo that says "reset" above it. To reset the stereo, use the open end of a paper clip or a pin and insert it into the reset hole. This will reset the stereo, check to see if CD ejects or if normal stereo functions resume. If not, please contact us as soon as possibile for service.
