This area is designed to help you possibly diagnose an issue with your spa which may not need a service call and can be solved by the Spa Owner.

"FLO"/"FL1"/"FL"/Three Dots: Depending on your spa, one of these codes may appear on your screen if there is a decrease in water pressure through the heater. One of the first things you should try is to remove the filters from the spa to eliminate them from being the source of the problem. If your Error code goes away you will need to clean/replace the filters. The other possible cause is if the spa was just filled and was filled improperly you could have air in the lines. If this is the case, you need to try to force water through the filter(s) with a hose. Remove the filters, if one has a screen under it that is the one you need to force the water through. If these solutions do not solve your problem, contacting the service department would be recommended.
